Booking Terms and Conditions
By completing a booking, the guest accepts the Booking Terms and Conditions of Rømø Familiecamping.
- The reservation fee and all payments made are non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be made, regardless of the reason.
- We therefore recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance. Any claim for reimbursement must be made directly with the guest's own insurance company.
- Upon request, Rømø Familiecamping will gladly provide a written cancellation confirmation for use in connection with an insurance claim.
- We reserve the right to change prices and disclaim liability for printing, typographical, or other errors.
Failure to Arrive
If the guest has not arrived within 12 hours of the agreed check-in time for the booked accommodation, and no prior written agreement has been made regarding a late arrival, Rømø Familiecamping reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-let the accommodation. In such cases, any payments already made are non-refundable.
